Our Story
Thank you for visiting Char & Sizzle! I’m Benjamin Stockard, the beautiful face behind this site dedicated to providing you with the recipes and techniques needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals from scratch.
My lovely wife Courtney and I live in the Texas Hill Country with our two children and a couple of stubborn bird dogs. We enjoy cooking in our wood-fired oven and preparing an assortment of wonderful meals for friends and family.
